About
A masterclass and concert at Morley College London featuring David Berkman, a New York pianist, composer, educator and bandleader who has been a major presence on the New York jazz scene for more than three decades. The open workshop welcomes everyone regardless of instrument, style, level or previous jazz experience, offering insights into creativity, improvisation, composition, listening and practising. In the evening concert, the David Berkman Trio — Berkman on piano, Tom Farmer on bass and Flavio Li Vigni on drums — performs music full of harmony, rhythm, romance and mystery.
