A traditional Hatha Yoga class that ends with a ten-minute Himalayan singing bowl sound bath, held in the Learning Hub & Yard at Chiswick House and Gardens. It is run by Ka Yoga every other Tuesday evening, combining held postures, mindful movement, slow breathing, strength and balance work, and quiet stillness, welcoming both complete beginners and long-time practitioners in a friendly, relaxed space.
