ISHKAR turns 10: rugs by Barthélemy, Amiri and Lulu Lytle.

An exhibition marking ISHKAR's 10-year anniversary, showing a capsule collection of ten rugs. ISHKAR, founded in Kabul in 2016, invited ten artists and designers—including Louis Barthélemy, Hangama Amiri, ZHA and Lulu Lytle—to each design a unique hand-knotted rug on the theme of 'Togetherness'. The rugs are hand-knotted by master women weavers in northern Afghanistan, and 10% of all sales support EMERGENCY hospitals in Afghanistan. The rugs are accompanied by a programme of talks at Ladbroke Hall.
