About
A solo exhibition of works by London-based artist Lily Bunney at Gazelli Art House. Her paintings draw on found photography, early internet aesthetics and tabloid culture, exploring how images circulate and shape public memory. Referencing figures such as Princess Diana and Monica Lewinsky alongside early webcam imagery, she considers the tension between public fascination and private vulnerability. She uses a hand-painted pointillist technique recalling digital pixels and newspaper halftone printing to turn mass-circulated images into tactile paintings.
