The Other Glass is an exhibition of contemporary glass art made from recycled, repurposed, second-life and geo-specific glass. Ten artists from seven countries, including Hannah Gibson, show sculptures, stained glass, jewellery and functional objects from materials like discarded bottles, windows, TV tubes, jam jars and local river sand. Curated by artist and author Tone Ørvik, the exhibition focuses on the story, origins, history and second life of the glass itself, celebrating its resilience and beauty.
