- Vortex Jazz Club
- £30
About
A relaxed, welcoming jazz workshop at the Vortex for musicians who want to play, learn and develop together. Participants rehearse jazz standards, work on improvisation and ensemble playing, and build towards forming regular groups with chances to perform. It is open to instrumentalists with some playing experience, even those who are not experienced jazz players — just bring your instrument and a willingness to learn. It is led by jazz bassist, guitarist and educator Tom McCredie.
