About

"Cybernetic Gems" is an exhibition surveying four decades of artistic exploration and innovation. It is presented by the MFA Computer Arts program at the School of Visual Arts for its 40th anniversary. The show features works by alumni and students of the program across diverse media, exploring intersections of nature, the future, and human connection. Like gemstones, the works reveal new beauty through the interplay of human intention, technological innovation, and craft.
