A cooking class at the Museum Mühlerama in which Mongolian dumplings are made by hand. Chimgee Gerber shows how to prepare the dough and close it skillfully into artistic Buuz and Kuushuur with vegetarian and non-vegetarian fillings. The steamed and fried dumplings are then enjoyed together with suitable side dishes. Along the way, participants learn a great deal about Mongolian food culture, recipes and history.
