Chef de Service - Führungskompetenz im Gastgewerbe

«Chef de Service - Führungskompetenz im Gastgewerbe» is a six-day course that prepares experienced service and restaurant professionals for a leadership role. It is run by GKZ, Gastro Kanton Zürich, with Nina Bisang, Jürg Zollinger and Urs Stieger as instructors. The hands-on course covers topics such as leadership and team development, service organisation, communication and feedback culture, as well as dealing with guests and complaints. It teaches the professional and social skills needed to organise and lead a service team, and gives clear tips for active and additional selling.
