Mitarbeiterführung und Rekrutierung

"Mitarbeiterführung und Rekrutierung" is a two-day professional training course for leaders and emerging talent in the restaurant industry. It is run by GKZ, Gastro Kanton Zürich, with Patrick Isenschmid and Markus Utiger as instructors. Topics include the basics of staff leadership, one's own leadership style, intercultural leadership, and staff acquisition covering recruitment, selection and the onboarding of new employees. The course is part of the G1 Gastro Grundseminar and serves as preparation for the Chefkoch/Chefköchin programme with the Swiss federal diploma.
