Lohnrechnen

«Lohnrechnen» is a three-day further training course in which participants learn how to prepare correct, L-GAV-compliant monthly payroll statements. The course is run by GKZ, Gastro Kanton Zürich and taught by Tamara Heim. Topics include the basics of social insurance law, deductions such as AHV, IV, EO, ALV, BVG, UVG, health insurance and family allowances, the valuation of accommodation and meals, and the consequences of faulty payroll statements. It is aimed at people starting their careers in gastronomy and is part of the G1 Gastro Grundseminar.
