“Bei Anruf Kultur: Hörspaziergang durch den Botanischen Garten Berlin” is a free guided tour of the Botanical Garden by telephone. The nationwide cultural outreach programme “Bei Anruf Kultur” is making the garden accessible by phone for the first time for people who cannot experience it visually on site. Guide Daniela Lindow-Marinelli leads participants through the 43-hectare grounds with nearly 20,000 plant species, with routes chosen according to season and weather, taking in blooming displays and greenhouses with tropical plants, ferns and orchids. The tour lasts 60 minutes and registration is required.
