A public guided tour through the Botanical Museum Berlin while it is still closed, shortly before it reopens. The historic building has been renovated, the new exhibition is taking shape, and some of its first objects have already moved in. Visitors discover spaces still in the making, look behind the scenes and meet the first objects with their stories, from plant sexuality to a giant sequoia whose history reaches back to the Cold War. The tour is led by Susanne Feldmann, curator of the new exhibition, and Dr. Luiza Bengtsson, Head of the Museum & Society Department; participation is free, registration is required, and it starts at the Visitors' Center Königin Luise Platz.
