About
The memorial exhibition "Im Gedenken der Kinder. Die Kinderärzte und die Verbrechen an Kindern in der NS-Zeit" commemorates the Nazi "euthanasia" murders of children and young people. It was conceived by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Kinder- und Jugendmedizin (DGKJ) and is on display in the foyer of the Vivantes Klinikum im Friedrichshain. The exhibition names the perpetrators, documents the structures that made the "child euthanasia" crimes possible, and presents individual fates to keep the victims from being forgotten. Admission is free and the exhibition is barrier-free.
