The film "La Sur Real Colombia: Las almas ni los ojos" [Neither Souls Nor Eyes] tells of Pacho, who fled violence at the age of 15 and spent four decades away from his hometown Anserma. A photograph rekindles his desire to return, and on his homecoming, imagined as an interstellar journey, he searches for what he left behind. The lingering traces of death intertwine with a landscape shaped by rural expressionism, memory, and history. The 2026 film was directed by Canela Reyes and César Alejandro Jaimes, with José Oliveiro Ospina (Pacho).
