About
A concert joins voice and piano in a program built around poetry. Mezzo-soprano Anne Schuldt sings the pianist and composer Bardo Henning's settings of poems, including by Kurt Tucholsky, Jacob von Hoddis, Valeska Gert and Else Lasker-Schüler. At its center is a lyrical dialogue based on poems by Ingeborg Bachmann and Paul Celan. Schuldt is known for her Wagner roles, while Henning has played with the EXPERIMENTI BERLIN ORCHESTER since 1985.
