About
An event of talks, discussion and performance on the concept of the work in experimental music. The Music Archive of the Akademie der Künste explores how a performance relates to its score and whether a work has an identity linking its individual realisations. The verbal score „Instrument & Voice“ (2007–13) by Peter Ablinger (1959–2025) is performed in two different interpretations. Participants include Volker Straebel, Helene Herold, Anke Hervol, Bill Dietz, Kirsten Reese and Chiyoko Szlavnics, moderated by Felix Marzillier.
