"STIMMEN. Ein Ausstellungsexperiment zwischen Demokratiegeschichte und Gegenwart" is a multimedia rotating exhibition shown in the exhibition containers of forum 1848 at the Friedhof der Märzgefallenen. It emerged from the participation project „Demokratiegeschichte(n)", funded by the Stiftung Orte der deutschen Demokratiegeschichte, in which volunteers researched and developed their own contributions together with the forum's historians. The show brings together personal takes on the cemetery's history and the revolutions of 1848 and 1918, pairing historical sources with present-day perspectives. The cemetery itself is part of the exhibition, which invites listening, exploring and taking part.
