A Sound Bath is an immersive session of therapeutic sounds meant to bring deep relaxation. It is led by Dan Bilbrough a.k.a Sekrit, a musician, composer, DJ and qualified Sound Therapist who has performed widely and studied with the British Academy of Sound Therapy. Using Himalayan Singing Bowls, gong and percussion, he creates sounds of peace to calm the mind and body and ease stress. Attendees should bring something comfortable to lie on and a blanket, and spaces are limited, so early booking is advised.
