About
"Herr Teufel Faust – nach Johann Wolfgang von Goethe Faust I" is an award-winning solo piece about the Faust story, taking the audience on a journey through the Goethean universe up to the Anthropocene. It is based on an adaptation by Torsten Fischer, who also directs, with set design by Vasilis Triantafillopoulos and Herbert Schäfer. Dominique Horwitz brings the German tragedy back to life in a dramatic tour de force. In 90 minutes he performs a tour de force through the heights and abysses of the Faust material.
