About

A talk with discussion as part of the seniors' club on resistance in Berlin after 1933. The speaker is Dr. Hans-Rainer Sandvoß of the Gedenkstätte Deutscher Widerstand, editor of the series "Widerstand in Berlin 1933-45". Using historical sources and witness accounts, he reports on an "other capital" that expressed itself in many signs of opposition and went far beyond the roughly 10,000 persecuted resistance members. Helle Coppi moderates.
