About

An exhibition of new paintings by Jenna Gribbon, the gallery's first presentation of her work in New York. Gribbon uses a projector to stack photographic images onto figures in the studio, turning to her wife as a familiar figure lit in glowing projected color. The layered works evoke mythical hybrid figures and probe the interrelationships between looking and performing, accompanied by small documentary-style paintings of domestic life.
